Answer: The modern method for the determination of the maltose content of beer is based on the High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) technology. Anyone wishing to avail themselves can always contact the Laboratorium Brouwerijtechnologie (Brewing Lab) of the Catholic University of Leuven.
